My Neck... My neck currently has quite the kink in it. IT hurts and the only relief I am getting is when I put my head straight down. But, this position makes it pretty much impossible to do anything else. I try my best to avoid taking the meds... I gave in, though. Hopefully, the ibuprofen will allow me to hold up my head with some sort of relief. Maybe my neck needs a rest. After all, I have been holding it up for more than 20 years!!!06 March 2008
