Happy St. Patrick's Day!! That is a green bagel. It's not moldy, but it certainly looks like it (sorry, if it brings thoughts of something else). I am not sure I understand the significance of the odd traditions of St. Patrick's Day. The pinching. The green. The shamrocks. Etc. Well, whatever the significance, I hope you all wore your green and if you didn't ... you should be pinched!
